Connections Behavior Planning and Intervention is excited to provide all caregivers, from parents and family members to teachers and care providers, with valuable information on how to support individuals with developmental disabilities as they learn and grow. This event will focus on supporting the development and expansion of language and communication.
Abstract
During this presentation, the presenter will introduce how and why we communicate and how we can help the language learners in our lives.
About the Presenter
Tracy Clarke, LBA BCBA has been working in the field of ABA for approximately 8 years, specifically working with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities and their families. She has worked with individuals from under 2 years to 22 years old. She also has experience with applying ABA to individuals in schools and classrooms. She has training in Positive Behavioral Support (PBS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Pivotal Response Training (PRT).
