Our Staff
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s)
Connections employs over 25 Behavior Analysts. All of our Behavior Analysts have completed Master’s degrees in Education, Psychology, or a related field, have completed ABA specific coursework, and have completed supervised practicum requirements. In addition, our Behavior Analysts are fully licensed and have board certifications from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Connections also provides extensive in-house training and ongoing support for all BCBA students and newly certified BCBA’s as well as extensive orientation for newly hired BCBA’s.
All of our clients and direct care staff are directly supervised by a BCBA. For every case, our BCBA’s perform intakes and assessments before creating individualized goals and behavior plans for our clients. The BCBA then trains direct care staff to implement the plan and provides ongoing direct supervision, support, training, and evaluation.
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s)
Connections employs Behavior Technicians to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to our clients. All of our Behavior Technicians have completed 40-hours of online ABA training in addition to 60-120 hours of intensive, competency-based, in person training with an experienced trainer at Connections. All of our Behavior Technicians are fully licensed and are registered with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
